Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, 4 lipca 2019 roku o godz. 13.00,
w kościele pw. MB Dobrej Rady przy ul. Prostej,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
na cmentarz Prokocim, przy ul. Bieżanowskiej.
Pogrążeni w smutku
Żona, Córki, Brat i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
