w kaplicy na Cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku, do grobowca rodzinnego,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku
Córka, Syn, Synowa, Zięć, Wnuczki, Siostra i Rodzina
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
