w piątek 21 czerwca 2019 roku o godz. 7.00
w parafii Najświętszej Maryi Panny Częstochowskiej,
ul. Kochanowskiego 11, we Wrocławiu.
Nabożeństwo żałobne zostanie odprawione
6 lipca 2019 roku o godz. 10.00 w kaplicy
na cmentarzu św. Rodziny, ul. Smętna, Sępolno, Wrocław,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie do grobu rodzinnego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
