w kościele Chrystusa Dobrego Pasterza
przy ulicy Nowina 1 w Poznaniu.
Po mszy na cmentarzu przy kościele ok. godz. 12.40 rozpocznie się ceremonia pogrzebowa
w kaplicy cmentarnej,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w smutku i żałobie

córka Marlena z rodziną
oraz synowie Władysław i Aleksander z rodzinami
