Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie
w dniu 21 września o godz. 13.00
w kościele pw. św. Rafała Kalinowskiego,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku
na cmentarzu przy ul. Lubostroń
Córce Zmarłej
pani Annie Stoszko,
Rodzinie i Bliskim
składamy wyrazy szczerego współczucia
