Nabożeństwo żałobne odprawione zostanie w środę, 25 lipca 2018 r. o godz. 13.40 w kaplicy
na cmentarzu Batowickim przy ul. Powstańców, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,

o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku:
Żona, Syn, Synowa, Wnuczka i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
