w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku
do grobowca rodzinnego.

O czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w smutku

Synowie, Synowe, Wnuki,
Prawnuczki i Rodzina

Prośbą Mamy było, by żegnający Ją,
zamiast kwiatów wsparli ofiarą
Hospicjum Św. Łazarza.
