Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy,
że dnia 4 lutego 2019 roku, po ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzona św. Sakramentami, odeszła od nas na zawsze
do Pana, przeżywszy 68 lat
Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłej odprawiona zostanie
w piątek, dnia 8 lutego 2019 roku
o godzinie 10.20 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim
przy ulicy Reduty, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w smutku
