Ceremonia pożegnalna odbędzie się
w dniu 8 października 2018 r. (poniedziałek) o godz. 14.00 w nowej kaplicy na cmentarzu w Opolu-Półwsi.
Pogrzeb odbędzie się w dniu 10 października (środa)
na Śląsku w miejscowości Czerwionka-Leszczyny.
Urna z prochami zostanie złożona w grobowcu rodzinnym.
