po długiej i dzielnej walce z chorobą,
opatrzony sakramentami świętymi,
odszedł nasz kochany Mąż, Ojciec, Brat,
Dziadzio i Pradziadzio.

Msza św. pogrzebowa zostanie odprawiona 8.01.br. (wtorek) o godzinie 12.30 we Wrocławiu w kościele pw. Św. Rodziny przy ul. Monte Cassino 68, po czym odbędzie się
pogrzeb na cmentarzu parafialnym przy ul. Smętnej (kondukt od bramy głównej).
