wspaniała Matka, troskliwa Żona
i ukochana Babcia,
która mimo długoletniej, druzgocącej choroby
była opoką dla rodziny i przyjaciół,
służąc nam stale radą i pomocą.

Jednocześnie chcielibyśmy serdecznie podziękować wszystkim, którzy przez ostatnie lata
byli obecni w życiu Jasi i wspierali Ją w walce z chorobą,
członkom rodziny, przyjaciołom i sąsiadom.

Jasiu, byłaś dla nas zawsze przykładem.
