Serce złote miałeś
Od życia dużo nie chciałeś
Zawsze z czułością o nas dbałeś
I zawsze też mocno nas kochałeś

Z głębokim żalem w sercu zawiadamiamy,
że 19 listopada 2017 roku zmarł w wieku 87 lat,
po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony sakramentami świętymi,
mój kochany Mąż, nasz Tata, Teść, Dziadek i Pradziadek

Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się
24.11.2017 r. o godz. 10.10 na cmentarzu junikowskim.
Msza św. pogrzebowa zostanie odprawiona
w tym samym dniu o godz. 15.30
w kościele pw. św. Trójcy w Poznaniu.
W smutku pogrążona
Żona z Rodziną
