Chrystusa Sługi przy ulicy Macieja Palacza 7 w Poznaniu,
o czym zawiadamiają w poczuciu bolesnej straty,
ale z miłością, wdzięcznością i serdeczną pamięcią
córka Iwona oraz synowie Janusz i Grzegorz z rodzinami
