Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w piątek dnia 3 października 2017 roku o godzinie 14.20
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku i żalu
Rodzina
Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na rzecz Hospicjum
św. Łazarza.
Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
