przeżywszy lat 68, po ciężkiej chorobie,
odeszła dnia 7 lutego 2018 roku.
Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłej odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek dnia 13 lutego 2018 r. o godz. 11.40
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Córka, Syn, Mąż, Rodzina, Przyjaciele i Znajomi Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
