Matki Boskiej Różańcowej przy ul. Wielkopolskiej we Wrocławiu-Złotnikach. Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się dnia 2.10. 2009 r o godz. 12.00 na cmentarzu Osobowice we Wrocławiu, kondukt żałobny od bramy cmentarnej przy ul. Łużyckiej. O czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w smutku Żona, Syn, Synowa i Wnuki.
