Odszedł przedwcześnie w wieku 45 lat,
po krótkiej i ciężkiej chorobie.
Był kochającym Mężem i Ojcem,
zawsze przyjazny ludziom, uczynny i wrażliwy.

W tych trudnych chwilach łączymy się w bólu
z naszą bliską Współpracownicą i Koleżanką

Uroczystości pogrzebowe odbędą się w dniu 26 lipca (środa) o godz. 11.00 na cmentarzu w Grębałowie.
