Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się
w Sali Pożegnań na cmentarzu Rakowickim
w poniedziałek, 25 września 2017 roku o godz. 12.30,
po czym nastąpi złożenie urny z prochami Zmarłego
w grobie rodzinnym.
Pogrążeni w smutku
Żona, Synowie, Siostra, Synowe, Wnuk
i pozostała Rodzina
