w kaplicy na cmentarzu w Borku Fałęckim przy ul. Zawiłej,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
„Odeszłaś, lecz w sercach naszych pozostaniesz na zawsze”.
