że w dniu 5 maja 2017 r. w wieku 86 lat odszedł
nasz najukochańszy Mąż, Tata, Dziadek

mgr inż. Jan Florczak
były wieloletni dyrektor Centrali Nasiennej w Kielcach
i PZZ w Kielcach, kombatant.

Nabożeństwo żałobne odbędzie się w dniu 9 maja 2017 r.
o godz. 13.00 w kościele pw. św. Franciszka z Asyżu w Kielcach, ul. Warszawska 33,
po którym nastąpi wyprowadzenie Zmarłego
na Cmentarz Cedzyna.
