Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
dnia 8 listopada o godzinie 13.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu na Bielanach,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają w głębokim smutku i żalu
Żona, Córka, Syn, Synowa, Zięć i Wnuki
