Zamknęły się ukochane oczy Spoczęły pracowite ręce Z sercem pełnym bólu i smutku zawiadamiamy, że dnia 29 listopada 2008 roku odszedł od nas na zawsze w Bogu mój kochany Mąż, nasz drogi Tatuś, Teść i Dziadek śp. Zygmunt Tadzik lat 78. Msza św. żałobna odprawiona zostanie dnia 2.12.2008r. o godz. 13.00 w bazylice św. Apostołów Piotra i Pawła w Kruszwicy. Po mszy św. ceremonia pogrzebowa na cmentarzu parafialnym. W smutku pogrążone żona i córki z rodzinami.
