Przeżywszy lat 78, opatrzony św. Sakramentami,
odszedł od nas na zawsze do Pana dnia 16 grudnia 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek, dnia 20 grudnia 2016 roku, o godzinie 14.00
w kościele parafialnym w Skotnikach,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku i żalu

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
