Przeżywszy lat 79, opatrzona św. sakramentami,
zasnęła w Panu dnia 21 listopada 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłej odprawiona zostanie
w piątek, dnia 25 listopada 2016 roku o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Podgórskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku i żalu

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
