Przeżywszy lat 86, po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
odszedł od nas dnia 7 grudnia 2016 roku.

Ceremonia pogrzebowa odbędzie się
we wtorek dnia 13 grudnia 2016 roku o godzinie 11.00
w Sali Pożegnań na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
