Najukochańszy Ojciec, Brat, Dziadziuś, Pradziadziuś i Wujek,

przeżywszy lat 93, opatrzony św. sakramentami
odszedł od nas dnia 21 listopada 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, dnia 24 listopada 2016 r. o godz. 14.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu parafialnym w Borku Fałęckim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żałobie:

Synowie, Brat, Synowe, Wnuki, Prawnuki i Rodzina
