zasnął w Panu dnia 28 stycznia 2017 roku.

Msza święta żałobna przy Zmarłym zostanie
odprawiona w poniedziałek, dnia 6 lutego 2017 roku,
o godzinie 12.00 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Podgórskim
przy ul. Wapiennej, po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie
Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w żałobie

Żona i Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
