Z głębokim bólem i żalem zawiadamiamy,
że w dniu 24 marca 2017 roku, po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
odeszła od nas na zawsze, w wieku 58 lat

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się Mszą Świętą
w kaplicy na Cmentarzu Rakowickim,
w czwartek, 30 marca 2017 roku o godz. 13.00
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
