przeżywszy lat 78, po krótkiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. Sakramentami
odszedł od nas w dniu 31 grudnia 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek, dnia 3 stycznia 2017 r., o godz. 13.00
w kościele parafialnym pw. św. Rafała Kalinowskiego
w os. Kliny-Zacisze, po czym nastąpi
odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku
– cmentarz parafialny w Borku Fałęckim.

Pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żałobie

Żona, Córka, Synowie, Siostra, Synowe,
Zięć, Wnuki oraz Rodzina
