odszedł dnia 29 grudnia 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, 5 stycznia 2017 roku o godzinie 12.20
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
do grobowca rodzinnego,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w żalu

Żona, Córki, Zięć i Wnuki

Zamiast kondolencji i kwiatów prosimy o przekazanie ofiary
na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza w Krakowie.
