Przeżywszy lat 80, opatrzony św. sakramentami,
zasnął w Panu dnia 25 października 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, dnia 3 listopada 2016 roku o godzinie 12.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Podgórskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążone w głębokim smutku

Żona i Rodzina
