Przeżywszy lat 84, po długiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami,
zasnął w Panu dnia 27 lipca 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek dnia 4 sierpnia 2016 roku o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Salwatorskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku i żalu

Żona, Syn i Rodzina

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na Hospicjum św. Łazarza
