Przeżywszy lat 86, po ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzony św. sakramentami,
odszedł od nas do Pana dnia 10 listopada 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w czwartek, dnia 17 listopada 2016 roku o godzinie 12.00
w kaplicy na Cmentarzu Podgórskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Prawnuki i Rodzina
