W dniu 25 kwietnia 2016 roku opuściła nas na zawsze ukochana Mama i Żona. Śp. Efrema Praska z domu Puton Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się w sobotę 18 czerwca 2016 roku o godz. 14.00 wystawieniem urny w Nowej Kaplicy cmentarza Opole-Półwieś , po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie zmarłej na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku. Pogrążeni w głębokim smutku Mąż Zdzisław z córką Dorotą i synem Darkiem. « W daleką podróż zabrał Cię Bóg Jedną nadzieję nam dając, Że kiedyś przekroczą też Niebios próg, Ci, którzy tutaj w bólu zostali...”
