odszedł od nas 14 sierpnia 2016 roku.

Msza święta żałobna odprawiona zostanie
w piątek 19 sierpnia 2016 r. o godz. 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim, po czym nastąpi
odprowadzenie Zmarłego na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Syn i Rodzina

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki
na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza w Krakowie
do puszki w czasie uroczystości.

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
