pw. Chrystusa Jedynego Zbawiciela w Swarzędzu
na os. Mielżyńskiego, w sobotę 28 stycznia 2017 r. o godz. 11.00.
Zmarła zostanie pochowana w grobowcu rodzinnym
na cmentarzu przy ul. Poznańskiej w Swarzędzu, po mszy św.

Pozostajemy w przekonaniu, że wszyscy zachowają
dobre wspomnienie o Zmarłej. Helena była osobą,
która w swoim życiu okazała wielu ludziom wielkie serce,
pomagając w potrzebie.
Prosimy gorąco, by zamiast kwiatów złożyli Państwo symboliczną kwotę
do naszej skarbonki na rzecz Hospicjum Palium na os. Rusa w Poznaniu.
