we wtorek dnia 8 listopada 2016 roku o godzinie 12.00
w kościele pw. Niepokalanego Poczęcia NMP,
ul. Rakowicka 18 w Krakowie,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku na cmentarz Rakowicki.
