w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

Pogrążeni w żałobie
Żona, Córki, Zięć, Wnuki i Rodzina.

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
