opatrzony św. sakramentami,
odszedł od nas na zawsze do Pana
dnia 18 lutego 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek, dnia 23 lutego 2016 roku o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim przy ul. Powstańców,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku
