w wieku 83 lat odszedł nasz kochany Mąż, Tato, Dziadek i Pradziadek
płk dr n. ekonom.
Jan Dwórnik
odznaczony Krzyżem Odrodzenia Polski, Złotym Krzyżem Zasługi,
Medalem „Za zasługi obronności Kraju” i innymi odznaczeniami.
Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się Mszą Świętą żałobną
w kaplicy na cmentarzu przy ul. Bardzkiej we Wrocławiu
dnia 12 sierpnia 2016 r. w piątek o godzinie 11:00,
po której nastąpi uroczyste odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.
