Nabożeństwo żałobne odbędzie się w piątek,
dnia 16 września 2016 r. o godzinie 13.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Salwatorskim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie urny z prochami Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku.

na rzecz Hospicjum św. Łazarza w Krakowie.
