Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona
w środę w dniu 24 sierpnia 2016 roku o godzinie 14.00
w kościele parafialnym w Rzezawie,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce spoczynku na cmentarzu parafialnym,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona, Córka, Syn, Synowa, Zięć, Wnuki i Brat z Rodziną
