odeszła z grona wielkopolskich aptekarzy
śp.

magister farmacji
absolwentka Wydziału Farmaceutycznego AM w Poznaniu rocznik 1989,
była pracownik apteki PKP w Gnieźnie,
była kierownik apteki Fundacji na Rzecz Rozwoju Służby Zdrowia w
Gnieźnie,
była kierownik apteki „Rodzinne Centrum Zdrowia” w Pobiedziskach.

Żegnamy
serdeczną, dobrą Koleżankę oddaną zawodowi i pacjentom.

Pogrzeb odbędzie się w czwartek 1 października 2015 r. o godz. 13 na
cmentarzu w Kędzierzynie koło Gniezna.
