Zmarł 9 listopada 2015 r.
po krótkiej i ciężkiej chorobie.

Uroczystości pogrzebowe rozpoczną się dnia 23 listopada
o godzinie 13.40 w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym prochy Zmarłego zostaną złożone w grobowcu rodzinnym,
o czym informuje pogrążona w żalu

Rodzina

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na rzecz hospicjum św. Łazarza.

Janusz Lityński był znajomym mojego Taty, Czesława Ochaba, dyrektora Biprostalu (1965-1967). W domu rodzinnym wisiały 2 obrazy artysty, podarowane przez niego moim rodzicom. Bardzo mi przykro z powodu jego śmierci. Mama ma 94 lata, G. S.
