w piątek dnia 2 października 2015 r. o godz. 11.30
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim przy ul. Reduta,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Żona Czesława, Dzieci Dorota i Cankutan,
Siostra z Mężem i Dziećmi oraz Rodzina
