Z głębokim bólem i smutkiem zawiadamiamy, że dnia 26 lipca 2016r. zasnęła w Bogu, opatrzona Sakramentami Świętymi moja Żona, najukochańsza i najdroższa Mama, Córka, Siostra, Bratowa, Teściowa i Babcia śp. Jadwiga Woźniak z domu Ptaszyńska lat 64. Msza święta żałobna zostanie odprawiona w piątek 29 lipca 2016r. o godzinie 12.00 w kościele parafialnym pw. św. Bartłomieja w Bronisławiu. Po mszy św. nastąpi odprowadzenie na miejscowy cmentarz parafialny. Mąż i Dzieci z rodzinami
