Przeżywszy lat 85,
po krótkiej i ciężkiej chorobie,
opatrzona św. sakramentami,
odeszła od nas na zawsze do Pana
dnia 7 października 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłej odprawiona zostanie
we wtorek dnia 11 października 2016 roku o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłej do grobowca rodzinnego,
o czym zawiadamiają pogrążeni w głębokim smutku

Syn, Synowa i Wnuki

Prosimy o nieskładanie kondolencji.
