Przeżywszy lat 78, po długiej i bardzo ciężkiej chorobie,
odszedł od nas na zawsze dnia 30 września 2016 roku.

Msza św. żałobna przy Zmarłym odprawiona zostanie
w poniedziałek dnia 10 października 2016 roku o godzinie 11.00
w kaplicy na cmentarzu Rakowickim,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w głębokim smutku
