w kaplicy na cmentarzu Batowickim przy ul. Powstańców,
po czym nastąpi odprowadzenie Zmarłego
na miejsce wiecznego spoczynku,
o czym zawiadamia pogrążona w smutku

Żona

Zamiast kwiatów prosimy o datki na Hospicjum św. Łazarza
zbierane do puszki w czasie uroczystości.
