W dniu 29 czerwca zmarł dr Robert Urbańczyk. Był lekarzem internistą, ale także osobą bardzo zaangażowaną w organizację ochrony zdrowia w Województwie Opolskim. Wieloletni Dyrektor Wojewódzkiego Zespołu Medyczno-Organiozacyjnego, przez kilka lat Dyrektor Wydziału Zdrowia w Urzędzie Wojewódzkim, jeden z głównych autorów sukcesu, jakim w momencie powstania Opolskiej Kasy Chorych była wyjątkowo spokojna transformacja systemu budżetowego w ubezpieczeniowy. W latach 1993-1997 pełnił funkcję sekretarza Okręgowej Rady Lekarskiej w Opolu. Rodzinie składamy wyrazy szczerego współczucia. Członkowie Okręgowej Rady Lekarskiej w Opolu.
